I'm here to help one of my best mate "Dehumanizer", which I know him in High latency and I'm asking to withdraw the blacklist.
Here are the details of him:

That is his 2nd time of getting blacklisted and also by network too (he told me by P.M). I know that he is pissed of because of the cheaters, which appears at night sessions and he doesn't know where to report it them. Beside it is useless to report cheaters, one of them get reported and banned next day or even luckily get banned instantly but afterwards it becomes even worse, as I have been played these weeks at night times, moderators could not attend at night time sessions. (As I understand moderators could not bother to wake up at night to blacklist them). So we leave the server afterwards.

Actually, he did swore at cheaters.
Beside that what I guessed. He did not told me, what is the reason of the ban given, all he said is ask Kotbka etc, thats all by P.M.

first the reason of my banned is because of my weak language with player her nickname is "[Israel Defence Force] MaGaV" and sometime she name her self "[Kick-Ass] HitGirl" and Px told me if i wanted to be unbanned i must ask her first!
so i pm her and this is what i have wrote "Hi KOTbKA
umm.. i dont know what to say but the admin Px banned me for my bad lang
and he said that if u want me to unbanned u u must ask KOTbKA first... i dont know why he told me to ask u ?! maybe YOU can tell me
anyway please can u just tell him to unbanned me and i promise i will not do that again

There is a tough rules at this server , and you must maintain with them . So it was totaly all your fault to tell that , even if you didn't meant it . anyway my friend you banned my ip at home this mean also my brother "Eclipse" cant play anymore because he use the same pc so he tried to play from another pc at home also and it work..and that why i sent you the msg that said "thank you px for unbanned me because i thought that you did but you didnt
and am going to ask you now again.. is you'r msg means that even if i used another pc i will get ban also ? maybe i dont have a good experience with this matter but how can i learn if you didnt replay me with a bit of details
