My nick is "Gemini". i have noticed that someone in my absence using my Nick name. the person is from "Germany".

I'M from Pakistan, my IPs are similar to: 182.182.52.154 . I noticed that the person play poorly and the person try to decrease my Ranking. my last rank before 3 to 4 days is 90-95 and it still improve. but these person has playing and now my rank slip to 134.

I suspect this person before 20 to 25 days. i asking him "Who are you" and he didn't reply and leave the game immediately.

Please advise what to do next ?

You will have to put the password on your nick . I guess Px cant help you with that .

Joining clan or making clan, both change the Original name "Gemini" that i don't want to do now.

Its not possible for Admins to restrict the Gemini name only accessible from Pakistan ?

OR what if i join clan or make clan ? he/she could setup the same name as well as he/she did Gemini ?

I don't think that possible but they (admins) can block your current nickname, so nobody can use it even you as well.

best solution is:

As far as i know its not clan only can have the password =) So it wont be a big problem :)

dude i will help u just follow these steps:
1-get rigestered in this link http://www.cs.iptcom.net/stats/index.php
2-go to ur statics
3-edit player
4-u will see a box in front of ur nick it say: LOCKED press it and its over no one can lower/higher ur rank anymore

The steps you mention are by default "LOCKED". but it still lower/higher.

I'M waiting for the Admins solution if there is.

Technically speaking, there is an ability to lock single nick with password as said [RC] KOTbKA, but we doesn't provide it to players, only password protected clantags, as UFLL points. When you decide to take general/well known/used word/term for nickname, you should be ready that other people also would use it, and if I lock such nick for one person, others would get cryptic "Incorrect password" message and kicked from server on connect -> not right decision.
So, as also UFLL points, if you want "personal" stat then you need to "invent" clantag and apply it to nick, that's the only solution on our server.

I'M agree with you with this point, if you lock nick name for me so no one could join with that name. but question is, what if this same problem happen here with more players in feature ? they would have only one choice to make a CLAN ? it means if the server have 1000 players and 500 have this problem. and remaining 500 expect this problem in feature then all the 1000 players should be converted in CLAN ?

I think the message you indicate "wrong password" etc they see while joining on locked names. so there should be have possibility to change the message and showing them correct custom message likely to be "This name already in use. Please chose another".

But its up to you, and i think you know better then me.

So i would go with your alternative now. UFLL guide me about clan making. Now please make a "Gemini" clan. so i can play with Gemini name and all other clan members can player with "Gemini" prefix.

How you propose to distinguish situations when one person just use protected nick from situations, where person enters incorrect password?

You wrong, you can't use one string as both nick and clantag, they use different incompatible flags

If i change my name from general word to Unique. so could you lock that nick ? as you said you are not locking general words that other prevent to joining server.

What if i replace "Gemini" to "Gem!n!" ? I think this word is no more general after this (!) special characters. but peoples still read it.

in the stats account i have option to modify nick. so i don't think so it happen ? because i seen many players who changed their nick but still have the same stats ?

In general case - yes, but if so so care about stat I can "move" stat to new nick. Not sure, if instat function workable and do the same
