my friend was banned while reporting a cheater , he said he forget to put @ and put sommething else and got banned.
any condition he will be unbanned.

Tell him to update his CS and ban will be removed

I did tried to install the latest patch via the Team Viewer, it's no use, because of the old system. Tried to clear up the config, couldn't find it because of the language and many copies of the game.

Intel Pentium Dual Core (don't remember what series)
I don't know what graphic card he have got but in the game he using Software mode in video option.
Windows Xp but he using MAC OS X Theme

After installing the patch, it doesn't even opens the game at all, I did helped a player with the problem like this, it did worked.

Any motherboard for Intel Pentium DC have OpenGL support if appropriate drivers installed. Provide report from HWiNFO32
