My friend KALASH69 aka SEVERUS has banned and in the console appears like that:

He never use that nick. Px can you please unban him? Thx

He must update his necromancer counter-strike version and this ban stops bothering him

He shall summon zombies and wake up Cthulhu.
There is no other way to get unbanned.

But he have steam so the game update automatically
