What resolution you have?
Try make lower resolution ;)

When i haves 1024x, in smoke i have 30~40 FPS (32-bit)
When i have 800x, in smoke i have 65~75 FPS (32-bit)

Yes, exactly.

i turned off v-sync and it seems it works..
but i fell like when i move the mouse right and left the game is rendering like a small motion
any idea ?

Option > Advanced > Smoke Gas Grenade sprite quality > Select (Worst looking, fastest)
