I get banned for this and he doesnt for calling me bot,accusing me for cheating and trying to TK me at the same map?

1) You're lied about that you don't say anything
2) You threaten about two weeks ban, are you admin to determine, how long someone would be banned?
3) "He insult me so I immediately report and he got two weeks ban because no one checking bans", not so easy.
