So let me get this straight. Some random dude reported me for speedhack, you ban me without watching a single second of my game, the only evidence you have is some HLTV demo from the Observer and that I'm hook.
And then you ask me why I didn't complain about the WH ban and the all the other aimbot/wh bans. Because trying to explain to you guys why I don't cheat is like trying to teach a dog why 1+1=2 and not 3. Speedhack on the other hand is more easy to explain.

he never used cheat u should punish the one who reported him.. those bots are filling the server nowadays they report without even spec the player for 1 second :facepalm:

i stickily condemn your statement. you should consider to take back this words if you really serious with your issue and you want the decision made in your favor.
Otherwise i clarify here that, Admins are humans and they are individual with all rights to take whatever decision they want.
I experienced here that 60% of ban issue are takes more time due to the Players attitude with the respected admins who provide free of cost ENTERTAINMENT.

This is not problem. this is Process/functionality for prevent cheaters from the servers. and its apply on all players. me, you and many more. so if you report me then the first priority of admin is to ban the "reported" player. no matter report was TRUE or FALSE. its the responsibility of "Banned" player who come on forum and proof to the admins that he/she was clean by providing screenshots if banned for wallhack or multihack. otherwise provide the demo of the map in which he was banned for AIM or speedhack or lowskill or ping limit violation or TK/TA/TF or foul language or AbnormalBehavior or others.
This is unacceptable.
Its mentioned in rules that if you are playing in the server so you must follow the server rules. its simple that if this is UNACCEPTABLE to you so you must consider to leave the server that i think is not probably the best option.
So its my request to you, re-convince/re-Request to "PX" to review the demo for you and unban you as soon as possible.

Gemini you have a twisted idea of how server administration should work. You don't start banning players without checking them for yourself, moreso you don't ban players solely based on the report of some random dude that noone knows if he's got any idea of cs or even if he's trolling. If one day someone (i.e SMILE) decides to start reporting everything and everyone online and your "automatic ban system/admin" actually bans everyone, it will NOT be ok.
Next, when an admin bans a player, he needs to have a demo of him ready to show when the player complains about it. It is 100% NOT the player's responsibility to record a demo in case some admin decides to ban him.
It gets even worse in my case. I play here since 2007. Admins have banned me lots of times for aimbots/wallhacks etc, but at some point they probably realised I wasn't using anything. Now suddenly a report comes for my name about Speedhack and I get banned for it? So I just play for 6 years normally and I suddenly decide to download and start using a speedhack? I mean, really?
I would like an answer from Px if this ban was automatically forced by the server security system or it was approved by himself.

Besides the automatic bans reasoned Nya! for ip posting I can't understand how someone would give the rights to an automatic system to ban players based on texts of a report. So I would say and hope that it was at least sent to you for approval.

Yes, because the reason was same like you. i was banned 4 time here for a "REASON" that i later realize, and found that mistake was mine. so i decide one day to read the rules completely of the server as well forum. as well i have already asked too many question with px regarding bans and reports. so my knowledge is extended but i still try understand more stuff here.

First thing is, why Smile or anyone doing this ? However, let suppose one day smile will be mad and he report 20 players for walhack, speedhack and suppose that i will be the one of the victim from his madness. so i just come here and will showing the proof. and in return Smile will be ban for lowskills. and same thing i just describe you above. Don't wast the time just request PX to review your demo in kind manners. i believe you didn't cheat and he will unban you in just secs and in return smile will be ban for lowskills. (So you have chance of REVENGE!).

I absolutely agree with you. that is why the management made the demo repository / archive area of every demo here for every server: http://www.cs.iptcom.net/#!cs_hltv you can easily found the demo by matching the report time. every demo is available here for download.

Every report which is come from the server post in the forum are not approved by the admins, but by the "Player" who made this. admins take actions behalf of the "Player" reports. this is the "Victim/Banned Player" to come on forum and proof to admin that the report was made by xyz player is wrong/false. so in return admins ban that player who made wrong report for "LOWSKILLS".

Every player who played in the server are the part of the server. its same like someone going to police and report against you for whatever reason. Police come to you and arrest you. so that time you ask the police about the complain. later you proof them that you didn't did anything wrong. once police satisfied with proof then in return police will arrest the person who reported you false.
Admins are central bridge between YOU and SMILE. SMILE already proof that you are cheating to ADMINS via the report system. now its your turn to show the demo from demo repository OR request to admin "PX" to find the demo and check that for you so "PX" ban SMILE for wrong report.

Whoever thought of this system has clearly never played cs in his life. There 2 worst things in a cs server is not banning cheaters and banning players for false or no reason, in that order. I repeat again that it's not possible to ban a player that plays here for so many years for speedhack. First of all it's offending the player himself and second it's offending the admin's intelligence.
Also, you cannot be relying on some unrealistic 20-fps hltv demo to judge a player's game. The hltv demo has nothing to do with the actual player's crosshair and screen motion. It can't be proof of anyone cheating unless it's obvious as hell.
So back on the matter of our hearts, you have just banned someone for a reason that's so outside reality as is this automatic security system.

try to understand/accept this from stats side: 9 times of 10 the report is true. if admins were checking each and every report before issuing a ban, cheaters would be playing on the server for much more time. so first of all, the system is in place to get them banned faster.
further, if you've been playing for six years here, i assume you weren't reported THAT often and you actually liked the server. if so, why not accept the procedure and let admins check your report and ban the abuser instead of you?
you blame admins for disrespecting long-term players and you want them to check each and every report. this would be true if the service was paid and admins were working full-time. but this is a free service and we have to accept the inconvenience.
