he is online now.. avoiding ban..  havent specd him yet.. future cases if anyone who was banned fr hack before and he avoids ban and comes back but off his hack temperory etc .. so what to report ?? or let him play ??? :ninja: :blink:

I believe that player playing in public places like Internet cafes, libraries etc. If you look at previous ban he is already banned permanently and also through network.

213.140.32.0 - 213.140.63.255 - Few active bans, half of them banned for cheating


66.119.64.0 - 66.119.95.255  - No records of Ban
84.16.0.0 - 84.16.31.255 - No records of Ban
216.184.104.0  - 216.184.119.255 - No records of Ban

Although there are not any history of bans in these ranges but I would "kill it before it lays eggs"

Nickname and steam ID ban should be better ;) i also reported him too  :blink: but this guy keeps playing :angry2:

Here are the additions - 154.121.0.0 - 154.121.6.255 - Three active bans and has long history for cheating
                               - 154.121.251.0 - 154.121.251.255 - Other player but mostly banned for Nya

Basically admins can't do any thing in this situation where multiple network utilizing, actually he is using OpenVPN Software which have more than 150 servers with unlimited IP rotate options. so when you see him you can report him that is the only way to ban him. :)

Nickname ban is not recommended, and he is Necromancer, means STEAM_ID_LAN .  :)

Oh they can get rid of it if you look at other permanent list of bans but they don't bother to do anything about it nowadays. I gave list of range of IPs of two different players while ago and it was ignored and now this... forget about it. I tried to ease their work and I got laughed as a thanks, what a waste of effort

@intasar yes so next time I see this guy.. Without wasting any time on spec can I directly report him ?? :rolleyes: if he joins avoiding ban

Your efforts was not wasted, that actually bring this situation in px attention.  and he is moody person and i believe he had customise some plan for this issue that he will implement soon.

Nope, without noticing violation you are not advised to report any player. if you are sure he was banned and he joined server again with ip change than double and triple time confirm it and after 100% sure you can report.  it will be more good if you PM px after report and write current situation so in this way he will taken smarter action than usual NYA. maybe he ban his whole network.

Yesterday there was a guy whose ping fluctuated from 80 to 200..  Gremlins dint take him away.Every player had hard time playing against him, when asked to fix ping or leave, he dint respond.. Also he may have been wh but I couldn't be sure coz of his lags... So i dint go to report him coz usually when swing plays he warns and kicks but we can only report, which leads to a long ban for him or for me   :ninja: .. Any suggestions for such case @ future occurrence?

Report him for PLV and don't worry about the rest, if your report is valid nothing will happen to you, regarding the ban length this is another story it need to be discuss in a different thread (search between skvid posts) ;)
