You know that ban is automatic, based on report, right?
And that PX is not checking every single report (well, unless someone report false ban)...
Regarding your ability to ban... do you have updated client?

It's useless if he is with that software. I used that software myself few months ago and it takes seconds to get back to the servers after ban.
He doesn't need to update the client. Also, speaking of that player who is avoiding ban, he is now using VPN, HSS.
