As I was complaining to Slip via Private Message since Sunday 6/03/11, he did not replied back. As I am glad that I looked at the amxban list, before decided to join the server and complained to consider this problem. So Afterwards I looked at the amxban list again and he banned my original Ip which is I was not existed on that time either.

I do not really mind in staying in the ban and I know it is unlawful to play on over limit ping, so I just asked to Slip to make an amendments that the time I was meant to be blacklisted when my Ping is over the limit in "High Latency", he blacklisted me the 3/4 day after rather than late Saturday.
