hmm !! ok if you say so.. but i cant believe that was some normal tk punish !

in fact its not tk more as action by Admin or Moderator against a cheater..
am going to explain it to you:

when a cheater for example WH is playing and we discovered that he is using cheat someone will report him of course..
after you make report against a player there is a time until his 8 screenshots will be taken..
while the screenshots is being capture Admin can take one of those actions you mentioned above to balance the game until all the screenshots is taken then he kick/ban the player..

now you may ask for what purpose these screenshots is taken?

those screenshots will be the proof against the cheater or the one who made false report perhaps..

when the banned player complain here in forum that he got banned, Admin will ask him for these screenshots to check whether he is lying or not.
