I have spoken to Skunk about this, and he suggested it is best I post a message under Complaints, but it really isn't one - more of a request.

I have been absent from Counter-Strike for over 6 years, but have returned a few months ago and almost exclusively play on CS.IPTCOM.NET server, mainly HIGH. I think I have proven to be a skillful player, as per statistics on the site (Top 10 and slowly crawling up), and I therefore would like to ask for admin privileges, and I will further explain how I believe I may contribute to the team.

Firstly, unlike the majority of admins on the server, I tend to play late evenings and nights - since I live in the UK, I capture late night players from Eastern Europe and early birds from Canada/US. During that time, we rarely have admins online and there are clear-cut cheaters ruining the game on HIGH almost every day - Aim/Wh or Multi and people are forced to leave or start team-killing sequences which get them banned for 20mins (I was also guilty of that).

In addition, I think that I would be an excellent addition to the team as I have a very rapidly improving set of skills, and have done things (such as kills through the walls and precise identification of location using radar + sound) that a normal player may interpret as 'cheating' - so if I was awarded admin rights on your server, I would not disappoint you by misinterpreting high skill for cheats. In theory, I believe that a player with complete control of the radar and proper sound surround can own an amateur player using cheats, or at least wh.

Lastly, I really enjoy playing on your server and would do my best to 'protect and serve' and I think it is only a natural step to be promoted as people cannot disregard the presence of EarL in the server.
