Normally this types of reports made against "hooting" and anything that under "Behaviour". so only KOTbKA can explain the reason as admin said above.

Learn to Grow up

1) Main word here is "IF"  . Well you have none , so report as much as you like
2) You can't be sure  what about do i think , and  ...well likewise i don't give a damn about no one :c)
3) I better learn how to be a child ... sometimes i miss it so much

And i want to be clear about the reason , just for your knowledge what you did wrong .
You can accuse ppl in cheats , but before saying a word better go to spect and check it carefully to be sure about it .
You can even threat to ban them , but better tell them that you will report them , doesn't sounds as much scary , but its true .
BUT YOU SHALL NEVER tell to players that you are admin when you are not ! That's why you got this ban . It maybe a bit excessive , so if you understand your mistake then you can ask to reduce your ban time (remember to be polite) .
