so he played on other servers..

Other servers install some garbage stuff in CS files for advertisement their servers IPs. it means after playing in these types of servers you are not welcome in "Strict policy" against spam servers. like IPT.

perhaps, i agree i was lagging in the previous maps for which he insisted me to go offline!
which i fixed and returned back to the game..that time the ping was stable and also not lagging!
if the ban is on the previous stats then that is unfair!

Its usually happen when your browser not saving the cookies OR your IP changed during posting. so there is no personal GRUDGES or PROBLEMS. its just technical issue and you can't say it "bug".

I don't know in what sense you stated this. because as per my best knowledge "dehu" is not admin so he can't ban anyone. if he reported your present in the server which violate "IPT Server Rules" so he is right at his position. HOWEVER, IPT have great algorithm for defining and comparing "True and False" which offer you complete defending authority.  You just need to provide the Demo of the map from IPT repository and ask admins to see if the report was True or False.

Its high latency server . And steam players can't be redirected by gremlins , so kick is only way . You saw me kicked Alexander only ? I also kicked 3 more steam players with low pings . And if ill start counting how many times you call players "bot" ? :c)
