I want to be very clear on this one - y0s1 is 100% clean, I have spectated him exhaustively, when he was doing well in the server (how I noticed him in the first place) and he is not using cheats, in my objective opinion..

I would like to see the demo of him cheating? I think if you cannot provide one, should be awarded a low skill ban.. If you can provide the demo, let us analyse it..

Additionally, I would like admins to take a note of how SwinG aka Dehumanizer aka Krasnij Soldat reported KaJe on a different nick as aimbot, and been awarded low skill ban for that. I think the fact that KaJe is a high skill player (y0s1 in my opinion, too) made him think he is aimbot, when he is not. Since y0s1 is less known/not admin, he may have decided to report on those grounds..

Furthermore, despite the fact that he is generally a nice guy and fun to play with, he is usually very quick to judge people and in my opinion, sometimes reports a non-clear WH that I may not agree with. I think this is the case where it is over-reporting people who 'may be better than oneself'.

Sorry to Dehu (have to be honest right?) and hope you get this ban sorted y0s1 (even though you are a problem in rankings catching up too quickly)

the last map i played with swing was on de_brick_env.dem.bz2 yesterday 15.062012 at 23:55( the last map in that day).. i only played for  8 minutes i think..
try to see this demo and watch..
and see if i cheats..

Bro It's really good evidence you brought  but I have to say I disagree about this and the reason is, (have to say again) he got too much relatives, as you see in the game, there are more Philippines players with the random nicknames but they are based at Italy. About cheats in the records almost of them are unbanned  within a day or 2, due to failure to provide evidences by the reporters.

i agree with u bro thats why i said this may not consider as a proof for cheating but it just that i wanted to show them "Px and Earl that its not my intention to hunt ppl down.. there was a game i played with him and he was using aimbot but its my mistake i didnt report same time coz that demo was enough to involve him.. anyway maybe one of his relatives maybe he dont know.. at the end everyone knows him self and its my pleasure to know that he is not.. i was enjoying playing with him
