I have two pcs, 1 laptop which have near 350MB Graphic, run well on OpenGL 32 bit as on default settings. desktop is old P-III 933MHZ, 16MB Card playing from both sides.

I don't know much about cheats or like that, but i know what called AIM and Wallhack that mostly run on OpenGL. not on VGA mode etc.

It doesn't make sense if You playing with Right hand and you killed person with Left hand and so you got banned with reason (Playing with right hand only) ?

I'M not argument with you, Just define few answer to me. i will quickly leave these website and server.

1) Do you have any banned reference against any Active player who playing on 16-Bit ?

2) During play time there are more then 18 players, why only 1 player suspect Gemini ?

3) What is the proof of cheating from the person who claim against Gemini ?

4) Is there any rule against Software or 16Bit playing players ?

5) There are many players who will be banned for same reason and then unbanned in just 1 to 24 hour same as recent y01, UffL

What i understand is you don't want to unbanned me because now i though if you unbanned me you must banned Him, so you just trying to save HIM.

The current situation is: You don't have any proof that show I'M cheating. even i provide all of the screenshots but you still in favor Aleskej who are also fail to showing any proof against me. This is openly UNFAIR.

I'M not reporting anyone, its my record of 6 months that i even not chat with anyone during play. I just reference your and y01 case that recently happen. hope it make sense to you.

Let's be honest here Admins, if Gemini would know that 16bit is forbidden and that he is actually is doing a game bug, i'm sure he would not have stated that he was playing with 16bit quality. If he knew about the 16Bit i am sure he could have said that he was playing 32Bit and the case would have been different. There is a big difference in actually knowing that you did wrong or not knowing that you did wrong. This is also a special case in the modern society. For example when a mentally ill person commit a murder or when a mentally healthy person commit a murder, the mentally ill person is excused and he will get different treatment to in the court. I'm not saying Gemini is mentally ill or something but i'm trying to state that this case could have been solved by shortening the ban or unban if possible and warn Gemini to not play with 16Bit and force him to read up on the server rules and also clearly write all of this in the unban report. Also leave ALEKSEY unbanned since his report was correct.

This is rather exceptional case in the matter and i hope with what i have just said the admins will also conduct a rather exceptional decision. Good luck to you Gemini and with the final decision (if this has not been made yet).

PS: Gemini you are saying respected players but all those respected players of yours are bots except for mike, he is pretty good, sometimes.

В общем почитав всё тут, я понял что меня никто не любит
по теме: если gemini поставит 32 bit - я за снятие бана, у меня зла на него нет. Остальное за админами.
Вам решать играть ему или сидеть.

На самом деле я один раз тоже заподозрила топик стартера , когда получила пару хэдов через двери на дд2 , но посмотрев за ним пару раундов убедилась что он чист и решила , что это была тупо халява . Оказалось не совсем халява . Кроме того на этом сервере действует призумпция виновности . Все виновны пока не доказанно обратное . И разбан нужен игрокам , так что их задача доказывать свою невиновность . Так сказать спасение утопающих - дело рук самих утопающих Собственно Гемени не смог доказать свою невиновность , и даже спалился на использовании 16бит.  Так что бан вполне заслуженный .

If you once again read the topic from first post so you can understand Who actually provide WHAT. providing True information is not make sense to you ?. Just thinking if I'M a cheater then why I provide anything here except to ask Alesk to provide proof ?

You are said i deserve the Banning due to i fail to provide proof, but in this topic i only the person who just not only provide A to Z proof but accept the Ban and waiting for unbanning from 40 days to resolve the issue and that is the reason that I playing again along with Amazingly with Alesksey who reported me. and once again  I kill him 7 times in the same round which he submit report against me. but this time HE s not reporting that shows that "He is now mature and he now knows that if you get headshoot 2 or 3 times from the same person it doesn't means the person is a cheater" same as you getting heads and after spectating me you feel that the heads is Fair and CORRECT!

I thank to all of you to given me a proper guide to not caught in feature in this types of issues.

Also, special thanks to All of you "Respected" players for participating in my Issue specially for "Harmony" who summarize my issue in better way to Admins.

I hope in feature i will be making more good connection with players and admins and Talk them in under full of Respect law.
