Yeah i changed the video resolution to D3D-> Widescreen-> 1152x720-> medium quality.
also do i rename config.cfg to "export HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Valve key" and delete it?

D3D is outdated for years, set OpenGL and try again

Nope it doesnt work, i deleted config.cfg and value for regedit but they still come back.

If you download full client, then there is already right shortcut in it's folder, open it, make right click on shortcut, choose Properties, fill the right path to hl.exe, and all will be ok
