Dear Admin's
Hello,
Today While I was trying to give IPT ip to my friend I gave a wrong ip and I got banned by Beer Observer automatically. I didn't know giving ip was forbidden. Now I've learnt and that won't happen again. Can you please unban? Thanks, Best Regards.

The announcement from 16.08.2011 on the main page of the server (almost 6 weeks old): Until recently you have to message admins via Steam, icq or make a post on the forum to report cheaters in the game. From now on all you need is to send message to admin chat i.e. open team chat and start the message with '@' symbol. Your message will be posted to log file available on http://cs.iptcom.net/ban_requests/. Please also note that Observer still tracks and bans spammers for messages containing IPs and/or sites not from the white list.
It seems that recently U break all the rules by accident... but the ignorance of the law excuses no man.
