To changing your DNS to Google can solve the ping issue.

Primary: 8.8.8.8
Secondary: 8.8.4.4

You can also use public server in secondary for more improvements by adding 4.2.2.1 in Secondary DNS.

When i playing on my ISP DNS the ping over 250ms. but if playing on Google dns so the ping should be 205ms.
