Check this skin man its really solid and nice.. just imagine our forum with this color after doing some minor customizations its will looks elegant.. beside that its from "invisionpower" they have a great forum engine and also a lot of themes for their engine and its all customize

Nope, moving to any other platform including even PunBB 1.3.x or 1.4.x would need a lot of work because our forum have a lot of custom code/features.
Also, I don't see any reasons to move from usability standpoint, other forums doesn't offer any unique features which doesn't exists/can't be implemented in current engine

correct but the only nice thing about that platforms am telling u about is that it has a lot of themes "ready made" themes

ur right when its really Aggressive.. am talking about nice themes which has a pure and flexible layout.. for example.. see the blue bars in our forum here.. why we don't apply a gradient color with the same blue wave "#0066B9" it will make it alive a bit.. and the text or the font family its very standard changing it to helvetica family or inherit would be a nice touch and it won't prevent reading the texts..
check the picture in the above bar.. check the text "IPTelecom" u guys applied an outer glow on it just because there is a black bg behind it and this looks really awful.

show me where is the usability of this snow effect?

1) Отключено редактирование сообщения, если с момента его создания прошло более двух недель.
2) Большая часть заявок на нарушителей перенесена в отдельную закрытую архивную тему (все сообщения более чем месячной давности).
