too time flash at spawn is quite enough to report him for TF or LS and ur not an admin to warn players..
spawn TF is one of the worse behaviors in CS i my self would do the same..
but seems like he is banned for something else not for his report..
admin made his decision already, and it appear that nothing can be change

@VANQ, if someone team flash at spawn or anywhere in the map first time you just inform that player "Please do not flash teammates" if it happen again in Spawn or any other place place in map you need to count the flash and inform again to the player that you have flashed two time already. So in this way you reserve the rights to report that player if he/she flash you third time in the same MAP after two time notice in his/her knowledge. In this way you will be safe if he/she lodge the complain against you in this forum.

@Igore, Can you describe the reason you created this topic behalf of the original player ? and why "xxxxxxxmxxxxxxmxxxxxxxmxxxxxx" have not created this topic ? or you are in "Palestinian Territory" ?

come to the conclusion.

On VANQ report the player "xxxxxxxmxxxxxxmxxxxxxxmxxxxxx" has been banned for 4 weeks. it means the report was accepted and ban applied.

VANQ you are not banned for "lowskill" but "Other" reasons which is only clarify by "PX". You need to ask that reason here or in PM conversation.
