Reduce ban limit

Hello IPT,
Glad to be here again..

Suggestion :rolleyes:

what about reducing the ban length for (TeamAttack/TeamKill) & (Ping Limit Violation) from 4 weeks to 4 days ?
am not going to pay money for an ipt google campaign :D
number of players is not like it was before and these rules turned the server into a gallows..
