Incydentalny murder and ban 2 weeks ? Is there a chance take down ban or nothing has changed in the East when it comes to VIPs.

You can tell by his mocking that the complainer does not telling the truth or just claims one of actions as incident.
Basically you should have told the whole background story, what you really did.

Question - how many people with cheats I reported in 2015R. contributing to the proper functioning server? If i helped maybe You can also a ? I am not only bad.

That's great if you report, and thank you for your contributions. you report for your play and in return IPT provide you cheat free server where you can spent your time.
reporting didn't means that you made mistakes and in return you will be spared because you contributed.

"That's great if you report" - not so great as it turns out If I'm set on a par with cheaters. (2 weeks banned almost for nothing)

There is a difference get slapped and be beaten but as I wrote this before not many people can understand this dissonance.
