Ping limit doesnt violate unless he is redirected, irrespective of what his ping was..

I asked you did you wait for the plug in to redirect him you said am not sure, its really interesting to see a player with high ping playing in low latency server and reporting others for PLV at the same time! How cool is that
If you think that you can grab the player list page in game any time you want and report everyone who is above the ping limit then you don't know anything about violation and your reports will be rejected until you become more reliable to use the report command.

If that so, this should apply on the same player you've reported recently right?

According to server ping limitations its 0 - 300 ms Both high and low.
So, it doesn't apply for above 300 pingers.

this is valid for you only clearly not for the gremlins, that's why i asked you if you wait for the redirection.
lets imagine that the guy you reported has a blinking ping for only few seconds due to an internet or download or sharing network problem...etc and you just reported him after you saw his ping above 300 before the gremlins even do his work, the question is do you think its fair to put the guy in ban list for that ?
if you had what they called a "Hyperactivity" problem the gremlins don't have it, he is so nice and patient try to be like him

Before talking like you know everything go watch the demo and then made your statement here. I know if the players ping is fluctuating or not. And I don't report players whose ping is below 300 and fluctuate sometimes. You are the one who is "Hyper actively" talking without knowing the actual situation.
