story goes like this..

I'm from Zagreb, Croatia(maybe you know it from football qualifications when we helped Russia getting into European Chamionship by winning over England two times), 18 years old, IPT CS 1.6 HIGH LATENCY was the first server i played on(it came by default on servers list with downloaded non-steam CS), about 1 year ago

after half a year of playing on server, suddenly i couldn't enter server, and i couldn't add the server to Favorites, so i typed into the console connect 212.9.224.163:27015, and then i came to knowledge that i was banned as this picture shows:



so, i looked on gametracker for more information of server, but there was not a clue, not even a link to forum,
so, i stopped playing on IPT H. L. and decided to play on domestical server

now, after 6-7 months, with a help from friend i found a link to this forum, and put all my nerves and strength to register, login and find this section(because I can't read forum's language)


Also I found this, I can tell from the picture that I got banned because of 'other'(though I wasn't there when my IP got banned, and it's possible that one of my brothers played on server with my nickname and got banned)



now, i'm much better player with experience in CW online and LAN tournaments with steam acc, and I never got banned, I even got the role of admin on BE Public 1

servers that I'm playing on are ranked very high on gametracker(www.gametracker.com):

Balkan-Ekspress Public 1
Balkan-Ekspress Public 2
KGB alfa
KGB beta

the funniest thing is that i have dynamic IP, not static, so one restart of router would normally be enough to get 'unbanned', but it's not working

so, my questions are:

1. In what way I got banned that even dynamic IP can't help
2. Is there a way to get unbanned?
3. Will I get unbanned? (because i do not think that something like use of foreign language on the server or cursing deserves permanent ban)

the reason why i want to get back on server is because i enjoyed playing on the server, and as it is the first server i played CS 1.6 on ever i esspecially love it, also I would like to see how much of progress have i done in time i couldn't play on IPT high latency, and to cross swords once again with players that i remember as high skillers such as lamer.cv, SN!CK, LS Peat, Gangster Gun Leonid, Mr.Myxa and others..
