Some players cant enter the server or forum
Few of my friends tell me they cant enter the server for days now or the forum.
>One of the is argento and he say some other players from Italy cant enter either.
His IP is 95.247.49.75.
If someone could explain why this is it would be cool.

There is no restriction for forum access for Italy, only India/Pakistan registration blocked because of spam.
There is access block for some Italian subnets on game server, all thanks to Only | One, this block would not be removed in foreseeable future

No.
Only if person have completely static IP I can make an exception for it

Funny part start from the post number 7 to post number 9. I enjoyed. thanks Skunk and Slip to answer and Ghost for asking logical question 
@ Px, Why not unblock the specific range that he uses "95.247.49.0/16" ?

Hi Px,
I Noticed that Argento IPs "95.247.49.75" and the 0nly | 0ne 
IPs are totally changed as well Both are different Network/ISP users.
Only One is "WIND Telecomunicazioni S.p.A" (Private company) User
Argento is "Telecom Italia Wireline Services" (Gov company) User
Only One IPs and ranges start from "151.0.0.0/16".
Argento IPs and ranges start from "95.0.0.0/16".
Both users IPs/Ranges are different. In my opinion Making a exception for specific network in CSF is best choice

Px is a responsible leader of IPT, and leaders don't change decisions.
As an website admin, i aware regarding security and violations. I can judge what is Good and what is Bad for my website/Server. that's why I said "Thank you" in my last post to him. He better know the Server concerns if you comparing his concerns to our suggestions
